Lovely morning.Yesterday, after the lesson, one of our students who is now a university student came to visit us. He went on to study science at university, but is still working hard to master English. He has decided to study abroad in his third year and spoke passionately about not what kind of company he wants to join in the future, but what kind of work he wants to do and what kind of work he wants to create. I would like to share with you what I told him and what I always think about today.

English is a tool that brings people together, and by learning English you can acquire a huge amount of knowledge and you will be able to use that knowledge to improve your life and society. If you think of it as studying, it can be hard. If there’s something you don’t know, just think, ‘Oh my God, there’s something like this!”and actually read the examples out loud and try to output them.

Give yourself the pleasure of learning something you didn’t know you needed to know.If you are interested in research from overseas, you can read articles written by people from overseas. It can be very exciting to find expressions that you have-and that you have learned. You will also gain a lot of knowledge, not only about English, from the articles. It’s fun to read novels, watch dramas and movies, read foreign articles and use the knowledge you’ve gained.

Embark on a journey to find a way to make English your own, in a way that makes you feel comfortable and happy. There is no single way to learn English, so look at what’s out there and find a way that works for you, and then try it. By taking that first step, you’ll find out what you need to learn more.

Have a great time today and I wish everyone the very best on their English learning journey.
