Lovely morning. Whether it’s learning English, cooking, painting or anything else, the first step is imitation. The same goes for the moment when a child starts to speak. They watch the words spoken by the adults around them, the sounds coming from the TV and radio, and the mouth movements and facial expressions of the person speaking the words. Then one day there will be a moment of sublimation when the words will come out of the child’s mouth for the first time.

There is so much to learn in this world, from the teachings of great teachers, from the methods of rivals, from books, paintings, music, films and dramas. It is important to work stoically to explore and develop our skills, but it is also important to take time out of our comfort zone and put ourselves in a world that we love. In doing so, you may find your own unique way of learning and living. Sometimes you have to let yourself go and be free, and always keep moving. In doing so, you will find your own articism, which you will then sublimate into your unique self.
