Lovely morning. When you wake up in the morning, start by saying good morning to yourself. Some days you may sleep soundly, others you may have had a somewhat sleepless night, but be thankful that the morning has come and you are able to wake up. Open the window and feel the morning air, the sunshine and the wind. When you feel the energy in nature in this way, you feel like you have more energy to recharge yourself. And if that energy flow was flowing in a negative direction, try to change the flow in a positive direction at that moment in the morning.
Sensing the difference in energy each morning also trains us to develop the sensitivity we need. If we can move from the level of simply being hot or cold to being able to feel subtly different vibrations and atmospheres, such as the intensity of the sunlight or the flow of the wind, this will actually serve as an insight into our daily lives.
When we greet each other in the morning, it is not just a token greeting, but if we put our heart and soul into it, we will be able to sense various things about the other person at that moment. It also plays a major role in sensing important information such as whether someone is in good spirits or not, or whether they are feeling well or not. Greetings to others, like greetings to yourself and to nature, exchange and circulate energy, so if you can greet people in a nice way, your relationships will also circulate well.
As we enter a new month, many of you are thinking about doing various things with a renewed spirit, or looking back at what you have done so far and trying to correct various things. In the midst of all this, when you start your daily hard work, you should say “Good morning. Let’s make today another great day” and say kind words. Those words will give you the energy to live each day with care again.
