Lovely morning.What is happiness? The definition of happiness may differ from person to person, some may always feel happy, while others may perceive happiness to be somewhere far away. Many of us tend to think that happiness comes and goes when we achieve something, especially when we have a goal and work hard every day to reach that goal, when we realise what we are aiming for or when we get what we want.

However, some of us may have experienced a feeling of emptiness when we reach that goal and wonder what we should do from now on. But it’s okay. Our happiness is right in front of us and we can always feel it. If you feel your true dream in life and start challenging yourself to achieve it, you will feel happiness every moment you can make that effort. If we can challenge ourselves to realise and feel the happiness in front of us, it will lead to more and more happiness in the future, and happiness will amplify and build up.

You may sometimes feel depressed because you compare yourself with others. But each person is different, so there is essentially no need to get depressed by comparing yourself with others. If there is someone wonderful around you, you should recognise their greatness and work on making your dreams come true one by one so that you can smile and shine yourself. 

As you go step by step to realise your own dreams and goals, open the door and go outside to look at the beautiful sky, love the wind that gently touches your cheek, feel the beauty in the cherry petals fluttering down in the wind, feel the love for your loved ones, appreciate the presence of the things you love, enjoy the delicious coffee and be thankful that you can enjoy sweets, be moved by the beauty of music, and be inspired by the beauty of art that is so wonderful that it is enthralling. Let all your senses be enlivened and feel your own happiness that no one else can have.
