Lovely morning. We have a wide range of emotions. It is natural for us to feel whatever emotion comes up inside of us. There is no right or wrong way to feel them. It’s just a question of how you move forward from the moment you have that feeling.
For example, when the results of a school test are announced and you feel frustrated and sad because you didn’t do so well, this is also natural. You may think that studying is useless and that you should just do what you enjoy, or you may think about how you can improve your performance from this point on and try to figure out how to study, asking for help from others if necessary. It’s up to you.
It is up to you to decide what the next step is from the feelings that arise. If you can accept the feelings that come up and move on from them, then you will have the power to move forward.
If you feel that there is negativity in you, try to move in a positive direction in order to maintain the balance in your mind, and you will find something that makes your heart happy. The many useful products that we have in the world today have been developed to make our lives easier by making things that are inconvenient or labour intensive. I believe that our feelings and our lives change depending on how we perceive one thing or one feeling and what we do next.
