Lovely morning. We cannot pretend that what has happened did not happen. Nor can we change what has happened. No matter how many time machines we can use to go back in time, we cannot say that we will not repeat ourselves. We can grieve for what happened. Painful things can happen in life. However, it may be more important to see the painful or regretful past as a signpost from which we can learn something and how we can move forward in the future.
Let the happy memories and wonderful things from the past be our treasures, and use them as a great driving force for us to move forward from there, i.e. into the future.
The only thing we can do anything about ourselves is the present moment in front of us. And the accumulation of that immediate present will become our future.
However, in order to make the present in front of us fulfilling, we will not be able to accumulate much if we just face the present in front of us. In other words, it is important to think about what kind of future we would like to create, what kind of future we would like to live our daily life in, and live the present moment in front of us as hard as we can.
Our lives are created by our thoughts. In order for us to be able to smile ourselves and for our loved ones to be filled with happy smiles, the first thing we need to do is to think about our own life and act in such a way that we can fulfil our own hearts, always keeping this idea in a drawer in our hearts at all times, so that we can always have something to Be ready to pull them out whenever there is a problem.
