Lovely morning. We are almost halfway through the year. Are the goals you set at the beginning of this year still as exciting and motivating as they were then, and do you still have the same passion for them now? When it comes to achieving something, passion is the only thing that is required. It would be an understatement to say that dreams cannot be realised without passion. But have you ever had the feeling that over time, and as you get older, the passion you once had seems to fade away?
Of course, it is very important to keep your eye on your dreams and constantly visualise them in order to maintain your passion and keep your brain stimulated, but inevitably this alone can get you stuck in a rut and make you feel less stimulated. What is needed then is to be stimulated by daily events. Sometimes, when you do something well and receive praise from the people around you, you suddenly feel more motivated. Therefore, it is important to always praise and admire what you are doing, and it is very important to send words of praise to those around you who are doing well.
However, things are rarely 100% successful all the time, so when things go wrong, it is necessary to convert this negative energy into positive energy. The brain receives the energy of the moment as it is, but it is how you transform it that will turn your emotions in a positive direction. Of course, there will be times when you feel depressed, sad or impatient. But if you accept these negative feelings, and simply let your brain use the stimulation as energy to move your brain, it will be converted into the motivation and passion to try again. And if you fail, it’s because you tried, so give yourself a big pat on the back, and then think about what strategy you’re going to try next time.
It is that passion to accomplish something that keeps you moving forward and closer to achieving your goals. And that passion is also born from the desire to challenge yourself to do something every day. Perhaps it would be good if you could also use the curiosity and inquisitiveness within you as your strength and enjoy every day in order to realise your own dreams.
