Lovely morning. We all make mistakes, and it is in these moments that our true value is being tested. Mistakes, failures and obstacles are a part of every challenge. The higher and bigger the goal, the higher and deeper we feel the walls and the darkness.
It’s easy to get depressed and lose motivation when you encounter these situations, but the question is how to recover from them. Trying not to be depressed or to stand still is counterproductive. The more you try to control your emotions, the more negative they will become.
The first thing to do is not to try to remove the wall or the darkness, or not to focus your mind on it for any length of time. In fact, when we are in total darkness, if we panic, we are more likely to be in danger. So it’s important to stay in the dark for a while and let your eyes get used to it. Once we have calmed ourselves down, we can step outside into nature. Nature will embrace us gently.
Put yourself in the clear air, the blue of the sky, the white clouds, the beautiful trees, the sun shining through the trees, the red and yellow leaves dancing in the wind, the small flowers growing quietly, and before you know it you will find yourself feeling calm. When this happens, you will find that nature has given you great energy. And when you are calm, you will find that in the darkness of your mind, there are your dreams and your hopes, and they will start to shine like candles.
Find the light and step into it, and before you know it, the darkness will disappear. Always remember to embrace your heart, to acknowledge that you are special, to accept yourself as you are and to love yourself.
