Waking up in the morning….

Lovely morning. Waking up in the morning to the sound of cicadas crying. August is here. When a new month begins, it is a good time to check how far we have come in our lives, how far we have come in the goals we have set, and how much we have grown. We are not strong. We humans are not strong. I think we are the only ones in the world who are born truly defenceless.

When mankind was first born on this planet, the period of growth from baby to adult was long and in the past, many were attacked by animals and many lost their lives because they were unable to face the fury of nature. Perhaps that is why we began to exist in this world with something other than the natural instincts that every creature is born with. I believe it is wisdom and the ability to learn. Yes, we are not strong enough as we were born, but we have to learn from our failures, mistakes and challenges, and we have to think and make things up to be able to exist on this planet.

At the end of the day it is important to look back on what happened that day and talk to yourself about it, and at the end of the month it is worth reflecting on what has happened and to talk to yourself.  We need to give ourselves a pat on the back for all the hard work we’ve put in, and then rethink what we’re going to do about it. In fact, it is this detailed reflection and revision that will help you to achieve your dreams.

Remember that learning is a process of discovering your own precious treasures, and that you should enjoy the process and move forward, loving every moment of it. The time will come when all your hard work will bear fruit. We are now surrounded by an overflowing amount of information. Of course, this information is important to improve our lives, but there is so much of it that it can be difficult to know where to go. At the beginning of each month, you can take a moment to reset, to take a journey into your inner world, to talk to yourself, to think about what you want to do, to understand your dignity and what you need to do to achieve your goals.

At the beginning of each month, I write down what I want to do this month. I do this every month. I find that writing it out in my own words helps me to clear my mind and calm down. It’s a lovely Sunday morning at the beginning of August. On a lovely Sunday morning at the beginning of August, why not write down your dreams, what you want to do and your specific goals in your favourite notebook or journal? Why not start the month with a nice cup of coffee and fill your heart with excitement?
