Lovely morning. There are only 100 days left of the year. Since last year we have had to change our habits due to an invisible virus, we have had to change the direction of what we have built up, we have lost the people we used to see all the time, we have lost the ability to go wherever we want, whenever we want. I can no longer go wherever I want, whenever I want. In such a situation, even if we are overwhelmed by everything, each one of us is trying to think and act.
There is a saying that “the answer is in you”, and I believe that in the future we will have to choose our own way of life, seek to find the answers that our hearts desire, and even when we feel overwhelmed by anxiety, we will have the strength to find joy in the midst of it, and even to transform anxiety into joy. We need to have the strength of mind and flexibility to be able to transform anxiety into joy. Pandemics have happened somewhere in the world in the past, they have given rise to novels and movies, but to think that there is such an unpredictable current that is so far beyond our control, that it is changing not only certain areas of the world but the whole world, and that it is going to take more and more time to stop.
We are living in a time that we could not have imagined just two years ago. Everyone in the world is feeling a great deal of what we used to take for granted is not really the case. But first of all, we need to acknowledge the reality that we are living in, and then we need to be strong and flexible enough to find our own answers to what we should do. In the midst of all this information, we need to be able to see the true nature of things in order to be able to make choices about what we should do and how we should do it. The answers to these questions may not be easy to find, but I believe that the real answers, and the answers to how we are going to live our lives, lie within ourselves.
Give yourself a big love and hug for all the hard work you have done this year. We should also take care of the people around us. Let’s feel the wonder of being alive and the joy of being able to think, and in the last 100 days of this year, let’s move closer and closer to a world where we can all live happily and safely.
