Lovely morning. There are many different emotions we feel throughout the day. We are affected by the many things around us, for example, when we watch the news, talk to our families, work, socialise, etc., which can make us feel happy, sad, angry, frustrated, etc. Anger, sadness and anxiety can also be a source of frustration. Feelings of anger, sadness and anxiety can take a toll on one’s feelings and cause a great deal of stress. One of these is when you are involved with other people and the people around you don’t behave the way you want them to. We wonder why they don’t act before we say they will, or why they don’t understand what we have just told them. This is because when we notice that people around us are doing things that do not meet our own standards, we often feel this as a major stress.
But if we think about it, the people around us may feel the same way about us. Furthermore, each of us has a completely different personality. So we cannot look at any one thing and feel the same way about it. Whether we enjoy the differences in our sensations and feelings, or whether we take our feelings in a negative direction as frustration, this can make a big difference to the emotions we feel in a given day.
And above all, it is a pity that such negative emotions reduce our desire to go towards our own dreams and to feel good about ourselves. It is important to say what we need to say to those around us, but it would be better to transfer our feelings to what we feel positive about, so that our feelings are not shaken by such things. This will give oneself confidence, and that confidence will become your radiance, and that radiance may, before you know it, change the feelings of those around you in a positive direction as well. If we can be firm in our own axis, respect the feelings of others, accept the differences of opinion between ourselves and others once and for all, and try not to put too much expectation on others, maybe our sensitive feelings will become easier and easier to deal with.
