The world in which we live is changing…

Lovely morning. The world in which we live is changing from moment to moment, but we may not notice the changes if we greet the morning in the same way every day and go about our daily routines in the same way. Originally, we should have lived our lives constantly observing that something changes, such as the transitions of nature or various situations, but when we spend our days going about our daily busyness, we gradually lose sight of the changes that we once saw. Furthermore, because we are unaware of these changes, we forget the feelings we used to change in the changing of time, and we are unable to live with the changes. If we become too busy with immediate and day-to-day matters, we may become out of touch with change. In order to change, we need to take some time away from our busyness and look closely at the changes in the world. Or, in my opinion, we need to live a less busy life and develop an observant eye for change at all times.

Our ancestors who lived in the past honed their observational skills in the course of their lives. There are forecasts about the weather that were made by people in the past that are still handed down today. For example, “If there is a sunset, tomorrow will be fine” or “It will rain because frogs cry”. We check weather forecasts today if we want to know what the weather will be like over the next day, don’t we? But in the past, there was no such thing as a weather forecast like there is today. Rain cloud radar, for example, which looks at rain clouds from the sky, could not be used without satellites launched into space.

So how did people in the past predict the weather for the next day? And most of them are said to be quite reliable according to current scientific knowledge. For example, there is a saying that “when the mountains are covered with shade clouds, rain and wind will come”. As the saying goes, when a shade cloud hangs over a mountain, it is said to be a sign of rain. A shade cloud is a cloud formed by strong winds at the boundary between two air currents of different temperatures and humidity and around a mountain, and is a sign of an approaching low pressure system. The wind blows towards the low pressure system, so strong winds, i.e. a low pressure system, can be predicted to be approaching.

In the same way, weather forecasting by weather observation is very interesting and interesting to study. I think it is a gift of our ancestors, especially sailors, fishermen and farmers, because they watched living creatures and clouds every day for their livelihoods. Perhaps we should also remember from time to time that they were attentive to even the slightest changes in nature and changed their own behaviour in this way.

To change ourselves while keeping our own axis firm in accordance with the changes around us, and to be aware of small changes in our own physical condition so that we can also notice changes in ourselves, may be one of the things we need to do in our busy lives to truly live healthy and fulfil our own spirit. This may be one of the most important things we can do to stay healthy and fulfilled in our busy lives. And if you can notice small changes in your loved ones, you may be able to notice their problems earlier.

May is also a time when the mind and body are likely to be affected by the fatigue of having spent a tense period of time in the new school year and the start of a new life. It is necessary for you and your loved ones to be able to see the slightest change in what you see before your eyes with your mind’s eye.
