Lovely morning. The thoughts that we have in our mind are a kind of energy, in other words. So if you want to do something, if you want to start something, you should use that energy to start what you want to do. It’s like an explosion of energy inside you at that moment.
For example, when you were a little kid and you were jumping rope and you were always trying to time it too much and you couldn’t get in, or when you were long jumping or high jumping and you were thinking too much about the timing of the jump and you missed the jump with your dominant leg and you couldn’t make the big jump. You can see how important it is to take the first step when you feel like it.
Thoughts are energy, and like any other energy, they don’t stay the same forever, so if you leave them alone they will become smaller and smaller. If you don’t take action when you have a spark of inspiration, the same action can make a big difference, as in the example I gave above. This kind of inspiration may seem to appear out of the blue, but it is actually something that has come from within you, based on what you have lived, seen, heard, read and experienced. This is why feeling inspired to take action quickly is actually the key to seizing the best opportunities at the best time.
Thinking can be done while taking a step forward. If you’ve ever had the experience of regretting not taking immediate action, you might understand. Why did you feel that way at the time! Because it was a spark that came from your experience and it was the perfect time to take action. No one else can open up our talents but ourselves, who have learned and worked hard.
