Lovely morning. The mornings and evenings are becoming more comfortable.
This morning I went for a walk and met some people doing yoga in the park. As I was walking along looking at them, I was asked if I wanted to join them and I did yoga with them in the morning in the pleasantair. I realized once again how wonderful it is to move my body, and how necessary it is to spend time in nature to refresh our mind.
Some people may not be able to make exercise a daily habit, but if you can at least wake up in the morning and do some light stretching, strengthtraining, or core training such as planks once a week, it may change the condition of your body considerably. I don’t miss exercising either, but I feel that it also stabilizes my mind.
I’m busy at work, but I feel that forgetting about work and exercising or dancing helps to relax my body and mind. If you feel yourself getting buried in the daily grind of work, or if your body and mind are stiff from being stuck at work, struggling, or having to complete assignments, maybe it would be a good idea to take a break from work or study for a few minutes and move your body.
Relaxing and stretching your body will help stabilize your mind, and training your core will help stabilize your mind. As the mind and body are closely and deeply related, maintaining a good balance between the two will enrich your daily life and your mind. If you can have a flexible and stable mind, not only will you feel comfortable with yourself, but it will also be a very important factor when communicating with others in your life.
