Lovely morning.Some of you may have had a major change of environment in April, and some of you are now jumping into a new world. What is important to remember is that the world we are in now is one world, but the world we can be in is infinite if you have the strong desire to be in it.
In a new environment, you will meet many people, learn many things, and many things will begin. But that is not the only environment you should be in. When you are going through a difficult time and feel crushed, it is good to bounce back and move on. Or you can face the pain head-on and move on to solve it. But in order to keep moving forward like that, we should have something in our hearts to relieve ourselves.
That will be your strength, your gentleness, your receptivity, your compassion, and your smile, your handkerchief to wipe away your tears. It could be a family member waiting for you at home, a friend who listens to you, a passage from your favourite novel or a song by your favourite artist. Or it might be cooking your favourite dish, buying some delicious sweets to take home, doing yoga to get your mind in shape, or running to work up a sweat. Or you could put yourself in the midst of nature, which is starting to green up and purify your mind by feeling the negative ions in nature.
Keep within yourself any number of things that can heal your mind. You are unique in this world, but there doesn’t have to be only one world we are in. We can have as many worlds of our own as we would like to. If you always remember that, you will be able to shine in your new environment. And you will be able to take new steps forward.
