Lovely morning. No matter how big or small, we’ve all felt that feeling when we feel like we’re going round in circles on the same path no matter how hard we try, or when we feel like we’re stuck in a deep swamp. We have all felt that way at some point, especially when we find ourselves in a situation that is beyond our control.
It’s okay to shed a tear when you have a moment to be alone with yourself. The tears may help to cleanse your mind of the pain. Or just look up and see yourself in the great outdoors. If it is daytime, look up at the endless blue sky. Let yourself be carried on a white fluffy cloud in the blue sky and let it take you where you want to go. Look up at the night sky and see the moon shining down on us with its gentle light. And although the lights of the city may be obscuring our view, the sky is filled with stars, shining down on us in all their beauty.
No matter what happens, we should believe in ourselves, because sometimes we may lack confidence in ourselves, we may blame ourselves or feel that it is our fault. But each one of us is unique and you have a role to play in this life that no one else can play. Breathe out slowly and let the pain in your heart go with you. Then fresh air will naturally come into your life.
Take a relaxing bath and massage your limbs and head. Even if you feel like you can’t do anything about it, things are moving forward because you are trying. The most important thing is your heart, the people you love and the things you love. Let your heart be your main focus, let your heart be free and let your beautiful tears purify your heart. Don’t worry. Just look at your hope in your hand and it will surround you with a gentle light.
