Lovely morning.It is very important to take even five minutes before going to bed to reflect on what has happened that day and what you need to do the next day. This is like having a coordinated outfit for tomorrow so that you can quickly change your clothes and go out without being in a rush. Of course, you may have to change your chosen outfit if it rains or depending on the weather, but if you think about coordinating your outfit on a regular basis, you can do that easily.
Sometimes you might worry about this or that when you don’t even know what’s going to happen tomorrow. If you worry about it, you may actually be saying that you are not doing the essential things you need to do that are right in front of you, or you are not aware of what you need to do.
If you worry about something, just thinking about how you will deal with it when it happens will surely put your mind at ease. It is truly a matter of being prepared. Worrying all the time can often prevent you from noticing the happiness and wonderful things that are right in front of you.
The key is what you believe, feel and do to get closer to the ideal you want to be and the future you want to create. You can’t change the past, but you are inherently free to do whatever you want from now on. If you think about what you should do and take action little by little, always with a sense of excitement, your days will be full of more brightness. To evolve is to go beyond what you have done before, and to do this you need to flap your wings towards your dreams. Just five minutes before you go to bed could be the first step towards realising a wonderful dream that will change your life.
