It is not wrong for human psychology to feel scared…

Lovely morning. It is not wrong for human psychology to feel scared when starting something, and it is an innate feeling that is necessary for survival. However, if you feel ‘scared’ about something or even more so if you think it is too ‘difficult’ or ‘hard’, this may lower the quality of your performance, or you may not be able to take the first step and do that thing even though you want to do it in the first place.

It would be a real shame if you want to do something you want to learn, but you selfishly raise the bar and give up on what you want to do. No one knows the breaking point of your ability to think or perform something. Furthermore, you don’t know how far the life you are living now will go. Given this, it may be essential to start doing what you want to do now and, moreover, to enjoy doing it once you have started. Of course, in order to improve your performance ability in something, it is still important to work on that skill, preferably for a little time every day. However, if you are too tense or over-exerted at that time, this puts a strain not only on your muscles but also on your brain. Let me give you one example. If you try too hard to make the ball fly far during your golf swing, the ball may actually fly very little or even not hit the ball at all. If you try to hit the ball while enjoying the image of the ball flying far away with a firm sense of your inner axis, you will lose unnecessary force and the ball will fly further and further away.

Even if you want to try something you are interested in, don’t let it become a struggle before you know it, believe that your strength will gradually increase little by little and enjoy yourself while you work on it, and one day you will have strength that you never thought you had.  How you use and enjoy your time in front of you is up to you. Give yourself the greatest possible praise for taking the first step forward, and enjoy the gradually changing scenery around you while relaxing your mind with each step you take.
