In our time, many things have been invented and developed, electricity has been a constant source of light in our lives, and since the birth of the computer, our lives have changed even faster. How wonderful it is that we are able to take one invention and use it to create new things, one after another. But we don’t know what our lives will be like in the next 10 or 20 years, or what the lives of the next generation will be like, some of which we can imagine, and some of which will be far beyond our imagination. After the development of AI, a lot of information has been incorporated into various products, and what was once said that robots had no emotions has become an era in which even emotions are incorporated into machines as information.

In this context, it is very important for us to remember our true humanity. To do this, we need to go out and see and feel things, not just look at the screens of computers and mobile phones, and not just get information from them. A friend of mine, who I happened to talk to yesterday, said that she looks at the autumn flowers on her mobile phone and then walks around looking for them. She said that it was very exciting to see the beautiful flowers on the screen actually blooming on the path she was walking on, or when she was climbing a mountain. She then takes a picture of the flower on her phone and looks at it. I think she has a wonderful relationship with this useful tool and with nature.

It is important to be aware of these feelings in order to live as a human being. If we are aware of the emotions that come to us at any given moment, whether they are positive or negative, and then think about how we can put them to good use, we will be able to see things in a more multifaceted way. There are joys and there are sorrows, but you have to feel each of them carefully. It may take time to heal your grief and strength to control your anger, but it is ultimately up to you to move beyond your grief and turn your anger into another kind of energy. What we need to do is to keep an open mind, to feel the joy in the things we do in our daily lives, to take care of the emotions that come up at the time, and to live our lives with care, so that we can fill our lives with joy.
