If we were to put our feelings into words..

Lovely morning.If we were to put our feelings into words, they would end up in one word: happy, sad, frustrated, tired, etc. However, I am sure that there are many more emotions in our hearts that we cannot easily put into words. There are many emotions that we feel when something happens to us, such as the joy we feel when we finally achieve our goal, the emptiness we feel when we wonder what we are going to do, the sadness we feel when we lose a game, the frustration we feel and the hope we have for the future. The richness of these emotions can be exhausting for some people, but if they can be channeled in a positive direction, they will feel enriched and be able to respond to other people’s emotions with an open heart.

Of course, human emotions come in waves and we can have complex feelings in the course of different events and interactions with different people, but what we have to be careful about is not to be swept away by them.

When we are swept away, we lose our true sense of self and are unable to use our talents and strengths.

Whether you feel happy or unhappy is not a matter of what happened to you, but how you perceive it. Emotions have more energy than we can imagine. If we perceive them in a positive way, we will feel better, if we only perceive them in a negative way, our emotional energy will be dragged downwards, and we may not be able to see the wonderful opportunities that lie ahead of us. This is why it is so important to be aware of your emotions, to be able to control them and to stay neutral, so that no matter what happens or how many emotions arise, you can always be in a positive frame of mind. 

We live through a variety of experiences every day. No two days are ever the same. Each one has its own meaning and teaches us something important. We should cherish the beautiful people, the landscapes, the things we love, the work, the music, the art, the books, the sports, and all the other things that are in front of us, and use these abundant emotions in a positive way to fill our lives with happiness.
