Lovely morning..Humans are weak creatures by nature, so we have thought of many things to protect ourselves and have created things to protect ourselves. And this is also true for each of us in our own lives, and if we feel that we are safe, we will never criticise anyone in a negative way, and even if someone criticises us, we will still be confident in ourselves.
This self-confidence can come from having a strong love of something, something you are good at, something that you are second to none at. With that in place, a positive spiral can begin.
By pursuing what you love, what you want to do, what you dream of doing, what you are interested in and what you are good at, you will understand first-hand how pursuing something can empower you and give you the confidence to tackle other things. It also gives them the confidence to tackle anything.
For example, in school, if a student has one subject that they love or excel in, they will gain confidence in that subject and their performance in other subjects will improve. We all have natural gifts and talents, so it is important to find these giftedness by working on different things that will open up your gifts and fill your heart with happiness.
People who have developed the ability to satisfy their own heart in this way feel like they are flexible and gentle people who don’t look down on others. People who only criticise or try to defend themselves seem to me to be wavering in their own minds and to be speaking negatively because of their own insecurities about their lack of strength.
Those who have developed the strength to satisfy their own heart, who are on the path of what they love and what they envisage as their goal, may have a flexible and resilient heart no matter the circumstances. If you can find something that makes you happy, and spend every day cultivating it with joy, then even when the wind blows and you feel like you’re going to fall over, you’ll be able to get through the tough stuff and get back to the goal that’s right in front of you.
