Lovely morning.Have you ever tried standing on one leg with your eyes closed? Sometimes my dance teacher would ask us to do this with her in a lesson to get a feel for where our own axis is. At first we don’t know where our axis is and of course we tend to sway to the right or to the left or back and forth, but if we still concentrate on finding our axis, we can stop at a certain point. Finding this axis is necessary in all sports, as you will know if you are a sports person. I feel that people with a strong axis perform much better and their form is very beautiful.

Thus, aligning the core is important in the physical aspect, and equally very important in the mind. In order to lead a fulfilling life, it is very important to have a good balance between various things. For example, you can only feel satisfied with your daily life if you have a balanced combination of family, work, school, relationships, hobbies, health, etc.
