Lovely morning.Everything and everyone in this world emits some energy. And it can be said that we are unknowingly drawn to things that emit great energy. However, if we are only drawn by this great energy, we can get caught up in it and lose control of where we are going and lose our mental balance. It is very important to always try to maintain a balance within ourselves.
This balance, especially in one’s mind, is very important but very difficult to maintain. For example, if you try to stand on one leg with your eyes closed, you have to direct all of your body, all of your consciousness, towards trying to stand on one leg and keep your balance. It might be easier to explain that it is like that. In these busy days, in this living society, many things happen and many different pieces of information are bombarding us all at once. So if your body is fatigued or stressed, this can greatly affect your ability to think, choose, judge and make decisions, which can lead to a loss of balance in your own mind.
In such a situation, it may be important to make time during the day, even just five minutes, to face your mind and relax your mind. By trying to maintain a sense of balance in your mind in this way, you will be able to feel the positive energy and direct your feelings towards it, instead of, for example, being distracted by information or negative energy from the people around you.
Something that can soothe the mind once it is neutralised – it could be music, flowers, a novel, a film, stretching, breathing, good food, or a glass full of water. If we have a few things ourselves that we need when we keep our own mind in balance, we may be able to have some precious time to reconnect with our own axis, free from the daily stresses.
