Lovely morning. Autumn has arrived and it’s a great time to go for a walk. When I wake up in the morning, get ready and open the front door to feel the fresh breeze blowing, I feel a little melancholic because the hot summer is over, but also delightful because I can feel the beauty of the blue sky, the white clouds and the trees changing their colours one by one. Today on my walk, the scent of my favourite flower, the Chinese fragrant olive, came out of nowhere. I couldn’t help but take a deep breath and let the fragrance fill my body.
I love scents and I like to have aromas in my home to relax, but the scent of nature is indescribably beautiful and magical, making me happy. Scenting has many benefits, from a mental point of view it helps to relax and relieve stress. It can also help you to relax and de-stress, which in turn can help you to reach your potential. Although we are not able to travel and see as much as we would like, we should really enjoy the scent of nature when we go out. Sometimes we are threatened by nature, and now we are fighting against invisible viruses, but we are also alive in nature.
Nature, and especially Japan, has four beautiful seasons. Let us move forward, step by step, feeling the beauty, healing our hearts and receiving strength.
