At the end of the day,I reflect upon….

Lovely morning.At the end of the day, I reflect upon what I have done today. Some days you feel like you’ve been too busy and haven’t had enough time, while other days you feel relaxed and satisfied with what you’ve been able to do. You may not be able to do it now, but you may go to see a play or go to a concert and have a wonderful time in an unusual way.

Reflecting on what happened that day and cherishing what you felt at the time may be just what you need to start the next morning on a beautiful note. When you feel upset, don’t just let it happen, think about why you feel the way you do. It may be that you can solve the problem by controlling your mind, or it may be that you can solve the problem by shifting your attention to something else. And when your mind is tense, your body will be tense too. Even if you don’t realise it, your shoulders can become tense. If this is the case, it’s a good idea to take a nice, relaxing bath with your favourite music on, or find some soothing music on itunes or you tube.

Take a shower and wash away the stress in your mind. You will feel refreshed. It is also a good idea to touch yourself gently and massage your neck and shoulders. Remember when you were little and your parents or grandparents would give you a light pat on the head, a hug or a rub when you had a tummy ache, and you felt happy and warm inside, and the pain eased a little.

When you take good care of your body, you will feel a sense of peace. If you have the time, you may want to give your body a gentle massage or do some light stretching. This will help you to reset your mind, so you can sleep more easily and wake up feeling refreshed. And when you wake up, you’ll feel like a new person and have a great day.
