Lovely morning. I think it’s really great that you decide to do something every day to achieve your dreams. For example, many people have bought a new vocabulary book and decided to do a certain number of pages every day, and were excited to start. However, you may find that you are too busy with work to open the book for three days, and before you know it, the book has been left in a corner of your desk. It is said that it takes a certain number of days for something new to become a habit.
For example, if you go to a chiropractor and feel great, but the next day you feel back to normal, it’s because your body is still trying to get back to where it was before. Therefore, it is important to go to the clinic every day as much as possible to make your body feel that it is natural to be in this good state, or to take care of your own body posture. In the same way, doing something every day should feel natural to you, and only then can you say that it has become a habit.
So what do you need to do to get yourself into this habitual state? Of course, it’s important to always dream about the future you envisage for yourself, to remember the slightly tense and excited feeling you get when you start, and to feel the positive emotions of accomplishment when you achieve what you set out to do for the day. However, there is another important thing to remember. For example, if you don’t do something because you are too sleepy, too busy at work or just don’t feel like doing it, don’t blame yourself or make excuses. If you keep thinking negative things like “I don’t have the patience to do it” or “I’m not good enough” or “I’m not strong enough”, it will build up in your mind and can even have a negative effect on other things.
Don’t worry. We can always start over and make a fresh start. Even if you have a short break, you can start again as if nothing has happened. If it’s something you love, you can keep doing it, and if you keep doing it, you’ll never be the same person you were before. Give yourself a lot of credit for trying something, and make it a habit to feel a great sense of achievement and joy every day that you do it.
